GT06 Profile:

The name GT might be a bit misleading. It doesn’t stand for “Gran Turisimo”, but for “GET Turbo”, because a single-cylinder engine with a comparatively high displacement and torque, combined with an exhaust gas turbocharger, should give the little racer a lot of speed and promise great successes in the first Formula Student Germany 2006 in Hockenheim. Well, only in theory. Unfortunately, an irregular bodywork prevented this. Some parts were used again in the successor, the GT07, which is why the GT06 is no longer ready to drive.
